  4.  Welcome to the System!
  5.  According to your access level, you are new to the system and your 
  6.  application for access has not yet been approved.

  8.  In order to give you a fair opportunity to see the features of the system, 
  9.  newusers are given conditional limited full access.  You may enter messages 
  10.  only in the local conference and may download files. 
  11.  
  12.  If there are any problems with your questionaire responses, you will recieve 
  13.  a message. If you failed to fully respond to the log-on questionaire, your 
  14.  access will be lowered.  If you know that you have not answered properly, 
  15.  please take the time to re-do the questionaire off the main menu. Remember 
  16.  that it is against federal regulations to give false or misleading 
  17.  information to gain access to this or any other public BBS.

  30.      several useful readings about this and other systems like it.

  32.  B) The file areas [ F ] contain more information applicable
  33.     to the files system here.

  35.  C) At any time you may use the online Help System by pressing [ ? ]
  36.     from anywhere in the system.

  39.     give you the support you need to have your visits be most enjoyable.
